Pros (+) No smell of smoke, sheets that felt wonderful, door that locked, breakfast, convenient location close to everything.
Cons (-) The breakfast was not great. Going forward I would just stick to the waffles and ignore most of the other food that is available.

Pros (+) I did not see any bugs. The staff seemed nice.
Cons (-) The sheets were worn out. The tv had no remote control. You could only get one station. The room had a strong weird smell. The staff was unable to help with the TV situation.

Cons (-) I didn't like how unfriendly the staff at the desk was. Also how the staff was dressed, the uniforms looked very old and it made my first impression of the hotel a bad one.
