Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many highlighted the breakfast as varied and enjoyable, and several appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple reviews mentioning dirty linens, unclean bathrooms, and worn carpeting. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others noted issues with service, such as unfulfilled compensation promises or lack of room service. Overall, the positives centered on location, breakfast, and room comfort, while cleanliness and some aspects of service detracted from the experience.
