Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's natural hot spring baths, describing them as clean, relaxing, and a highlight of their stay. The location was also frequently mentioned as convenient, being close to the station and local attractions. Several guests appreciated the spacious and clean rooms. While breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it lacking in variety, the overall service and amenities, including thoughtful touches for female guests and massage chairs, were positively noted. Some minor drawbacks included air conditioning noise, outdated facilities in some rooms, and extra parking fees, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews
