Pros (+) Beds were... there. Shower was warm, AC and fridge were cold.
Cons (-) Sketchy area, not much around. Room smelled like old smoke, everything was slightly gray/ dirty

Pros (+) Location. Manager was responsive and polite.
Cons (-) The bug in the shower. This place is fine if you just want to get a few hours of sleep. But it's a very cheap hotel. It should be $25-35/night instead of the $60 I paid. It's pretty dumpy. The bathroom door wouldn't close.
