Pros: Bright and vibrant, clean and smelled good. Breakfast was good
Cons: My only complaint would be that not one staff member stood out to be friendly. They we're all decent, but just not happy, smiling people. Unapproachable.

Pros: The breakfast had lots of variety. We enjoyed all our food. The area was large enough to move around and enjoy our sit down breakfast.

Pros: Breakfast was sub parr with bottled eggs and waxy apples but the room was spotless and appealing and beds comfy!
7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Shower leaked on bathroom floor
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were great and we loved the beds. This was one of the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on where we I didn't toss and turn. I have back and hip issues so this is crucial. We loved it so much we r looking at purchasing one for home
Cons: When I book we always request adjoining rooms because of our kids. After I call the hotel to make sure we r good. Usually they will put us down for those rooms. However this is the 1st time I've had a hotel tell me they couldn't do anything until I checked in. I was not happy since I could not cancel without being charged at that point. Also we took our kids to the pool which closed at 10 only to be disappointed because parents were letting their kids be rowdy in the pool. That caused other kids to take over the hot tub that us adults then could not enjoy. The pool was small, and the noise was so bad me and my husband couldn't even hear eachother even though we were next to eachother. We even mentioned it out front. It was almost 10 and the noise was so loud u could hear it up front thru 2 sets of thick glass. Our Kids were so disappointed.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and fun decor.
Cons: Hot tub was kind of dirty.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed here many times. The location in Twin Falls is great. Close to everything, but off of super busy Blue Lakes.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: convient
6,0 Good
Pros: additional $35 which we did. I think over $---- for the room with the pet charge is outrageous. the dog had her own crate and did not cause any problem.
Cons: we were not informed about this hotels policy on pets until we got there. I had looked on the website and saw nothing about not allowing dogs. Initially the desk person told us we couldn't stay there with our dog then she said we would have to pay an addi

7,3 Good
Pros: Sarah working at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are decorated very nice and it's very quiet.
Cons: Our first room smelled like smoke but after mentioning it we were immediately given a new room. The new room had little dog hairs in it but that was OK for us as long as there wasn't any smoke. I thought it was strange that we had smoke and pet issues since the make you sign a special paper that says no smoking and no pets.

Pros: Rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable; there's a nice little swimming pool outside. Could use more sunbeds though.

1,0 Poor
Pros: There really was nothing good
Cons: I realize that when a hotel is undergoing renovations everything can be a mess, but, to place a guest into a room just a door away from said renovations is awful. The room we were in was not very clean. There was also black mold in the bathroom.

Cons: Room size was very small, parking lot was crowded.
6,0 Good
Pros: Staff nice. Check in and out was easy
Cons: Air Conditioner barely worked. Could not change settings. Room smelled as if a dryer using extra strength scented dryer sheets was pumping into it all night. Propped the door and window open for a couple hours to clear scented air before sleeping but still woke up with a headache and congestion from the strong chemical perfume smell.

Pros: Seemed clean enough.
Cons: Poor supplies, shower wasn't convenient...nowhere to put shampoo, conditioner, etc...
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff was polite and efficient. Location is great.
Cons: No AC unit in room. Fake hardwood flooring throughout entire room was dirty. Signs of old, janky, gross motel room peeking out through relatively fresh paint. Thermostat was super old and either pumped hot air or nearly hot air into the room in summer.

4,3 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was very dirty, including a dirty towel from the previous tenant. We were traveling with our small dog, and were only able to get a smoking room. We are nonsmokers, and don't want to be subjected to the way everything reeked of smoke.
6,2 Good
Pros: The price was great, especially when you consider they serve breakfast and dinner every day.
Cons: It was rather off the beaten path in a not-so-nice corner of Twin Falls. The room was very cold, and we couldn't find a thermostat or anything to change it. They also served breakfast really early, so we never ate it because we were on vacation and wanted to sleep in at least a little bit.
