Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed, with several positive mentions of the breakfast, convenient location near restaurants and attractions, and friendly, helpful staff. However, many guests reported significant cleanliness issues, including dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and evidence of rooms not being properly cleaned. The pool and hot tub were frequently out of order or poorly maintained, which disappointed several guests. While some found the beds comfortable and the price reasonable, others were dissatisfied with extra fees, outdated rooms, and noise. Overall, the positives centered on breakfast, location, and service, but cleanliness and pool maintenance were major concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The only downside was the bed was very hard. But otherwise great place to stay.
Staff treated me rudely
Always have been helped if a very friendly way.
Good value, clean, good breakfast
Desperate for a remodel. Smells like smoke. Dismal and depressing
Carpet is in bad shape. No elevator in our building
Cons (-) Policys are horrable and the front desk did not even know them(no sports equipment and no firearms). Pool was super cold and spa was really dirty(multiple clumps of hair floating in it). The key cards were extreamly finicky.
Pros (+) Clean and comfortable with breakfast
Cons (-) The no smoking
