Cons (-) This place was a dump. Everything was outdated and in disrepair. The place was filthy as well. They were still doing housekeeping on many of the rooms on our floor at 6 pm at night. We had 3 different rooms for our one night stay. Pros (+) For the money, it was quiet, clean and reasonably updated. I've stayed in the Janesville -Beloit area 6 or more times over the past several years, and while there are several other good values out there I'd say none actually beats this place overall. Normally I'm staying alone or with the dog, but this last time my wife came with and the place easily met her more stringent standards.
Cons (-) The only ding was that the mattress was on the soft side for our tastes. For context, we're used to a firm mattress with a mattress topper. The hotel mattress was a notch softer than that.
Pros (+) The room was clean. The floor was quiet. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable. Shower was decent. The included breakfast was of course not great, but better than I expected. For the price, a good bargain.
