Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding service, with many highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and owners. The location was also highly appreciated, especially for its proximity to the fort and beautiful views. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned as a positive, with rooms described as clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooftop restaurant and overall dining experience received strong positive feedback, and several guests noted the comfort and attractiveness of the room sizes. Some minor negatives included noise from nearby ceremonies, small room sizes for a few, and lack of an elevator, but these were outweighed by the positives.
