Pros (+) Location was great
Cons (-) Property was gross, big trash can took up the good parking spots, linens were old and had holes in them, phone didn't work, newly done shower had gaps in the tile, towel shelf by sink had wires hanging out of it. Worst of all, the iron was so grimy and dirty that it ruined one of my best shirts.
