Cons (-) Premises should be clean at all times, the a Managent didn’t follow covid safety guidelines the hotel was packed of people, the food and drinks disgusting and the staff the worst specially the reception manager

Pros (+) Loved the beach and location. Also most of the staff were very nice and helpful. Showers were huge and very nice. Taxis from the airport cost like $40 but should cost maybe $20.
Cons (-) Ocean view=barely if any ocean view. Food mostly verrry mediocre/gross. Rooms very uncomfortable. Plastic over matress makes you sweat. No wifi in the rooms. Just when your outside. Other all inclusives ive been to have ppl bring you drinks. Here you had to keep getting up to get them.
