Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's beachfront location and some friendly, attentive staff. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, food quality and variety, and inconsistent service. Several guests found the hotel overcrowded, with limited amenities such as pool loungers and parking. Some positive experiences included good activities and spacious, clean areas, but negative comments about rude staff, strict rules, and maintenance problems were also common.
