Pros (+) It is very convenient if you are going to Cornell - 5 min to north campus.
Cons (-) Rooms are a bit dated, but serve their purpose. Cleaning was sub-optimal... If we hadn't arrived exhausted, late at night, I would have asked for a different room, as there was hair in the shower. Ew!
