Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, describing dirty carpets, mold, bad smells, and poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms. Many also complained about the lack of breakfast despite it being advertised, and several noted that the property felt run down or neglected. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location and mentioned that some staff members were friendly and helpful.
