Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unhelpful or rude staff, poor organization, and lack of responsiveness to guest needs. Cleanliness is also a common concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and inadequate housekeeping. Accessibility is problematic for those with mobility issues due to steep stairs and lack of an elevator. Some guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing outdated facilities and unmet expectations. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and accessibility.
