Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, often mentioning individuals by name and noting their willingness to go above and beyond. The location is considered convenient, close to transport and amenities, and the breakfast is generally appreciated for its variety and quality. Value for money is often cited as a positive aspect. However, a minority of reviews report significant cleanliness issues, including poor room hygiene and, in rare cases, serious problems like bedbugs. Overall, the positives around service, location, and breakfast outweigh the negatives for most guests.
