It was okay
The bathroom and bed was super nice. Room could be a bit bigger and more spacious. The lobby area was amazing. I wish the rooms were as good as the lobby.
I didn't like the area that it was in. Everything to do was a good little drive away. My card was also charged twice and we had issues checking in but it was eventually settled and the money returned. There were also tons of little kids running the halls unattended and cutlery from room service just left all over the floors in the halls even after the maid came through.
Clean. Great decor. Pool and hot tub nice. Will stay again!
Very comfortable bed, friendly staff.
There was a hole in the bathroom door and, overall, the bathroom needed updating.
The restaurant was very slow at getting food out.
Pretty much typical Hilton garden which is why I stay there. The room was fine and clean.. The carpet wasn't clean in the lobby and it appeared like out of 4 staff only 1 was working. Just didn't have the same professional feel as other hilton garden inns I've stayed at.
The hotel was extremely nice, especially for the price! The front desk gentleman Lee was also very kind! We were staying at the hotel for just one night for a wedding. We couldn't afford multiple nights so we planned on just driving the 8.5 hours that morning, change at the hotel, and go straight to the church. The day before our trip I realized the check in time was after the start of the wedding. I called the hotel, wanting to see if an early check in was possible and even willing to pay extra to avoid changing in a gas station bathroom. Lee assured me he'd try to have a room ready and even said I could call when we were getting close tomorrow to check. Sure enough, a room was ready. Lee checked us in, in what might be record time too, and we raced up to the room to change and go back out the door in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much for letting us check in early :)
I know the city is Indianapolis and on top of being a busy city it has the highest hotel tax...it would have been nice to get at least something for breakfast without paying extra. The hotel isn't cheep and far more luxurious than an Inn but a low quality breakfast is still offered. Even a few pieces of fruit would have been nice, we were really disappointed to have to get a meal at the drive through (yes $9 each was still too much, we just got dollar items at McDonalds. This wedding was a major expense for us) :(
Some say that Indianapolis is called the "Crossroads of America" because more highways and interstates meet in this city than in any other.
