Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable.
Pros (+) We stayed here for the Big Ten Championship game, it had an easy location to get to, clean rooms, quick check in. I booked three rooms and two of the people got there at 2 pm (1 hr before check in) and the hotel set them up with their room early with no hassle. Would recommend.
Cons (-) No free breakfast - but this is stated on the website so it wasn't a surprise.
Cons (-) Their "free WiFi" never did work for my laptop. I even moved to the lobby & couldn't connect.

Started looking around and a lady in sweat pants on her phone seemed bothered as she got up walked to the counter and said can I help you. I gave her my ID and CC. Pros (+) Room decor was great-new and updated, pool and fitness room available and the outdoor space to sit and relax was also nice to have.
Cons (-) Did find 2 pillbugs on the bathroom floor the morning of my checkout and the double queen room did not have a refrigerator or microwave but otherwise my stay was great.
Pros (+) I liked how easy check in and check out were and how friendly that staff were.
Pros (+) I liked the decor, the bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Very clean as well! Excellent customer service as well. All staff we met were very courteous and friendly. There was a fold-out couch too, and I was pleasantly surprised by that! New flat screen tv.
Cons (-) Parking lot could be bigger, and it didn't circle under the portico. My one and only major concern was the force of the toilet when it flushed. Think airplane toilet. I could hear neighbors flushing at all hours, so I also felt guilty each time we flushed too. Sounds silly, but it was a HUGE problem!
Pros (+) When we walked into the room, we both were like "wow". Really nice room, clean and the bed was really comfy. We were on a long trip and this was just one of our stays, but we both wished it would've been a longer stay. Also, the staff was very friendly and had some good restaurant recommendations.
