Discrimination against Disabled Americans
I didn't like a thing about this place. I cannot think of one good thing to say.
The hotel made me feel so uncomfortable the entire visit. They rent out the entire fifth floor every Friday to underage minors who get wasted and will ruin your sleep whichever floor you are on. I was clearly put in what I thought was their worst room across from an ice maker and staff utility closet. Banging literally 24/7. Then they moved me to a water damaged disgusting room that was shameful with a barely functioning ac unit. The staff stole from me early on, my friend discouraged me from reporting it to the hotel. I was targeted like this from the beginning because I'm disabled and a single woman traveling alone. So anyone who is vulnerable in any way, avoid this wretched property. It's foul. I was severely abused and taken advantage of here.
Discrimination against disabled Americans
Staff had a bad attitude. Laziness, ZERO accountability by management who acted like children and never showed up like I asked them to on ANY occasion. Things were not handled. It was an extremely hostile, awkward and uncomfortable stay where I was discriminated against for being a DISABLED American from the moment I was unlucky enough to walk into the door. Only one housekeeper regularly spoke to me who wasn't my housekeeper. There was a guy who helped me with my things when I got here too and took me on one shuttle ride. He was a nice guy too. Otherwise, thumbs down on every single aspect. It was horrendous.
Very pleasant staff
