Just the hall is pleasant; rooms are dirty and old fashioned. The Executive Wing is really really bad and the breakfast room for the executive room is even worse.
proximity to the beach and quiet surroundings
not all amenities worked e.g., room safety deposit box; staff was not very helpful in fixing or addressing issues. tennis courts had to be reserved day in advance despite the fact that no one was using them
Beautiful grounds, good facilities and conveniently placed from airport.
Half board being automatically included, meant long and disorgnized queues at dinner, food was mass produced, and entire eating experience was chaotic. It did not do justice to Greek Cuisine! Individual waiters did make an effort to help.
The room was close to a lovely pool! Our booked room was spacious light and modern. The room we were offered was not.
Wow where to start! There isn't much to say about the staff as they were generally unhelpful and rude. Everything seemed to be an inconvienience! After 4.5 hours in the hotel lobby and threatening to unpack my bags in the foyer I was offered a downgrade on the room I payed for (6 weeks earlier) at no extra charge. This was after ringing to confirm our arrival time the day before... Actually we were the lucky one's as I was very pushy and managed acquire a room. Other guests were turned away as the hotel had overbooked for the conference we were attending.. By 6pm there were 30 weary travellers waiting for rooms most were turned away to fend for themselves at their own expense! Professional! 1000 doctors attended no-one will return!
The only good thing about the hotel is it's locaiion
I ordered excecutive room thrugu booking.com half a year ago and in the hotel we didn't get the room we ordered. No effort was made by hotel staff and insted of upgrading us we got downgraded room.
