Pros: Friendly staff who would try to make your stay as good as possible. House keeping was fast and efficient.
Cons: Food was really really bad despite of all the variation they try to offer. Bed and pillows are so uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and we asked for fixing it, but in vain.

Cons: Food , it was alla carta not open buffet, food comes after an hour and different dishes , no enough staff ..i asked the room service for tooth brush and slippers they said it's only for VIP !

Pros: From the moment we checked in, all through our stay, until we check out we were completely embraced by friendlyness & absolute comfort .It is as if you are invited into a place that breeds Courtesy & Hospitality. It is this warm welcome, hospitality & comfort that very much made us feel at home during the entire stay & It has been one our best unforgettable vacation. I cannot thank enough the manager Hassan Bastawy & Svetlana who went out of the way to arrange a return flight for us when becaues of Coronavirus our flight operator TUI had turned their back on us & had left us stranded. Such a hospitality is a Brand in itself. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices to suit everyone's taste and despite the fact that at times it was quite busy, the staff made sure that there was never a shortage of the services offered in the buffet. The dinner buffet was an absolute gastronomical delight & the one of the best we had. Our thanks in the buffet goes to Ali & his brother for taking care of us each day & also to Lotfi at the reception for responding to our queries promptly. I highly recommend this resort just be there you would't be disappointed, one thing is sure I will be back again.

Pros: Very nice stuff, service was amazing. They make sure to satisfy your requirements. Beautiful sandy beach and very clean sea.. Towel service was top, same with beach bar service.. Live music or some sort of entertainment every night accompanied with shisha ( Mr. Mahmut ) will definitely take care of you !

Pros: First we got upgrade to stay in al Dau beach (aqua was not open), which was lucky for us. - all staff was helpful and friendly (i wish to say every one by name) only i could remember: Lena and Bibo (animation). chief Hisham and Analyn (main restaurant). Abdel satar (house keeping). Armia and Yasmine (beach bar). Mina (pool bar). Hany (lobby bar). a guy from life guard team (cant remember the name) lost his mobile in water to save a little girl. all front office team thank you. - the food was very tasty , they do care so much about cleanliness

Pros: It is not my first time to stay at Aldau resort, certainly not my last time either. We were a family of 8 persons , we got to enjoy this luxury hotel that has high standards in just about everything , even in the way to deal with the COVID-19 measures and restrictions. Food was tasty and healthy, I strongly recommend to try dining in Alex Resturant in their sister hotel Pure , such a delicacy . All staff were amazing , however special thanks to Wael Maghraby , who found my Son’s lost Mobile , Zainab with her magnificent smile at the omelette kiosk, and Mina at Tanqa Resturant by the beach.
