Hurghada Coral Beach Hotel

the variety between sandy beach and corals. the hotel has wonderful location, and great beauty.

The place needs renovation. The staff is not very helpful. Food is not great!

I return to this hotel because of perfect snorkelling (for these knowing the system of local reefs, do not expect much in the first lagoon). I can appreciate that for last two years the hotel management searches for better quality - some results are well visible (quality of food, room cleaning). For sure the hotel is much better than few years ago. If guests do not expect too much, should enjoy the stay. And thanks for cake for my mother at her birthday day!

To help to management to improve - some issues. No specific attention to returning customer (15th visit). I asked for rooms close to each other in advance, not fully respected (3503 and 3509, at the time whan other rooms in the block were empty). The bar staff does not know how to serve Martini (20 USD for two warm and small Martini glasses - hard spirit small pub glasses used - was real "joke" for me - next time we return back to sparkling vine, better choice). Getting vine or bier for lunch and dinner was not easy taks - as the hotel cannot save by this, some measures should be taken. Men, serving vine and bier were for most days invisible.
