Pros (+) Staff was excellent. Location to Rice is excellent.
Cons (-) Our room appeared unkept when we arrived. The bathroom floor had what appeared to be stains, like it hadn't been mopped. We requested an extra cleaning, which they did, but it still appeared dirty. I put a wet tissue on some of the stain, rubbed it with my foot and it cleaned up, so it was capable of being cleaned. The first room we got had a stale moldy smell so we had to wait some more time till the next room was ready. Pros (+) The room we had was excellent in terms of how large it was and its amenities. The value was great.
Cons (-) We didn't like two things: the coffee maker had only one regular roast packet and two decaf packets, so we couldn't make coffee for both of us in the morning; and the cleaning staff missed a used bar of soap laying on the floor in the bathroom right next to the trash.
