Pros: It was my first experience in hot springs and I was blown away by the great service I received! The owner was very kind, and showed us around the very cozy Inn. The atmosphere was romantic and the room was very clean. The place was built long ago but has been refurbished, though it still holds a feeling like vacationing from the past. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a great Inn experience!

Pros: The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the little patio table and chairs in front of each room, and the patio area in the garden in the back. The inn keeper/inn owner is a very kind, charming, friendly man, and he made our stay feel very warm and pleasant. When we were exploring the town, I took note of the other Inns and hotels, and was very glad I chose the Alpine Inn. It was a very pleasant stay, and the other inns did not look as appealing.

Pros: Stayed 3 nights here in one of the suites. It was a great value and we loved starting every morning sitting in the garden with Alpine, the property cat. Very peaceful and quant, and the new owners are so kind!

Cons: No condements (coffee) no choice of vendors (water). Well there is but it eat my money. I told the guy at counter. He made me wait while he had his feet up on a stool talking to his friend. Then I told him, he shrugged his shoulders and brushed me off. Didn't say anything to me.

Cons: Breakfast was Adequate, not exceptional.(Short window of time available for breakfast). Pop & snack machines weren't operable. Pool wasn't completely drained & looked like a festering moat. Rear entrance security door remained un-locked. Phone in room did not work. Smoking rooms on 3rd floor, but elevator did not work. Opted for ground floor with only a few steps to outside smoking area.

Smoke from somewhere else in the motel drifted to our hall and into our non smoking room when bathroom light/fan was on. Breakfast was all starch, no protein. Just felt it wasn’t worth what we paid. Wouldn’t stay here again.
