Pros (+) The young lady in the bar/restaurant was very friendly, we were the only people in the restaurant. Because on the virus situation they were low on staff. The Best Western called in a chef just to cook for the 2 of us. We felt very special and the food and service was great. The young lady was from Spain and was friendly and very efficient. Thank you to all BW staff.

Cons (-) The parking situation was terrible. More like a scrapyard. When we politely advised the staff we were going to find alternate parking they immediately switched to outright rude. Not necessary.

Pros (+) We did not receive our requested wake-up call before our flight. The internet is spotty, at best, and very slow when it does work. If you're flying out, skip the hotel breakfast. Much better quality and quantity at airport for the same price.
