Pros (+) Beautiful room and views, great staff everywhere at the hotel, top quality service - valet, bar, etc
Cons (-) Small nitty things - more towels in the diamond tower room to begin with (just two?). Lobby area light fixtures next to overhead sculpture seem oddly cheap and out of place. More like an office or warehouse than a top hotel lobby.
