Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, with several mentioning comfortable beds and modern updates. However, there were repeated complaints about unfriendly or inattentive staff, issues with customer service, and problems with the breakfast quality and variety. Pros (+) Great location. Room was very clean.
Cons (-) We were woken up by a loud group above us both nights. The staff did nothing. When I said something at checkout the hotel manager acted like he could care less. I had to volunteer this information since the rude man did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay. Will not be back and will not recommend this hotel.
