Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to highways, restaurants, and shopping. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, mold, mildew, and unpleasant odors. Service experiences varied, with some guests praising friendly staff while others encountered slow check-in or unhelpful responses. Breakfast and room size received mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but also several complaints. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness and service could enhance the guest experience.
