Pros: We stayed in a villa and it was really lovely and modern with everything you could need. Excellent shower in the upstairs bathroom and second toilet on the ground floor very handy. Very nice shady, covered terrace with plenty of room and a fan plus we liked having a washing machine as this stay was after our cruise and we needed to wash things. Super large, comfortable bed always gets a big plus! This large 2 storey villa was away from the road and in lovely gardens but close to sugar cafe restaurant for all meals if required. Have to comment on the staff and how hard they worked - the security/garden teams and housekeeping plus sugar cafe were all excellent. Our room was very quiet as it was a new villa away from the road which was lovely (no seaview from the villas) All 3 pool areas very pleasant Clever idea to have shower/toilet facility for those having to check out but want to stay for the day as catching a later flight. Brilliant - all hotels need this! The beach was lovely for swimming but take care as steep shelving beach can be hard to get out safely and recommend shoes as sand/shingle/old coral rocks can be sharp on the feet! We liked having a kitchen as there is fresh fish sold across the road and we cooked a meal. A bit of planning to get vegetables but a free hotel shuttle takes guests in the morning to the supermarket in Holetown which is recommended for supplies. The Hut small shop in the hotel is lovely for ice creams and some key supplies you may need plus excellent banana cake! We enjoyed Daphne's restaurant nearby for sunset cocktails and a memorable meal - priced accordingly! Other cheaper places to eat nearby but not a huge variety. We were there first week of December and 2 places only opened as we were leaving so not always reliable in terms of what is there.
Cons: No extractor fan in bathroom so remained incredibly hot especially after showering. No aircon in bathroom itself either and it was often baking hot. When we arrived at lunchtime the upstairs bedroom/bathroom was boiling hot so we unpacked in a sauna and it took all day to cool down. Plus windows/doors had obviously been left open as many mosquitos in room. To help guests not overuse aircon it would be very helpful to have shades/blinds on the outside of the upstairs windows as there were 4 windows in bedroom and 1 in bathroom and only curtains to keep baking hot sun out of the room. That way, far less aircon needed. Unfortunate that the stairwell had zero aircon and was like a sauna all the time coming into bedroom. Not ideal. Large, steep steps up to bedroom so avoid if not very able. We have no mobility issues but found it a bit of a pain to keep going upstairs if forgot things. Balance of absolutely loving the spacious size of the villa v lots of tiled steps to go upstairs. Possibly not ideal for young children going up the steep steps inside. (Ground floor bedroom adjacent to the two level villa through the same entrance gives ground floor option for family/friends as then it is a whole house). Bedroom a bit minimalist - could do with more drawers/a place to rest your suitcases while unpacking. Every hotel room needs hooks on the wall!!! The hotel was modern and cleverly designed BUT was close to a road that was busy alot of the day. To get to the beach you had to cross this busy road - not the quietest place to stay if you are looking for a quiet beach as the road noise is always there when you are on the beach and also noticeable at the pool areas near the road - hotel villas much quieter at the back. The pavements and area outside the hotel were very uneven in places. Beach had no facilities at all apart from people selling sunbeds/umbrellas each day.

Pros: Beautiful gardens, brand new room, very spacious. Right beside lovely swimming beach.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The space and the amazing views of the ocean
Cons: Our balcony was too small apart from that everything was perfect
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, pools, location to beach very close and holetown. Staff and security are fantastic, cannot justify in words how nice they are. Rooms nice, although air con a little old and noisy in our apartment Views fantastic
Cons: Well not a true hotel in the sense as apartment hotel, so reception not open for long hours, the little shop or cabin is often shut, not open long, or irregular hours. Also purchased mayonnaise from shop that was 5 months out of date, kept in the warmth and could have made us all ill
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional new villas. Spacious and spotless
Cons: Gym could be better
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location on the west coast. The local beach is non-existent really but plenty close by. Good facilities on site but the whole island is very expensive so we brought a fair amount of alcohol and food with us!
Cons: Cockerel waking us at 6:45 every morning and no blackout curtains. Our apartment (105) is one of the oldest and does look a little tired. It could do with a few tweaks - cushions on the outside chairs, a bigger patio table with a glass top so you can balance cups and glasses on it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Not applicable
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Excellent facilities. Excellent staff. Excellent value for the price. Will definitely return.
Cons: We have friends who are in wheelchairs or use walkers. They were not with us but we are more aware of their limitations than other travellers may be. Some of the facilities may not be as accessible as disabled people require so any travellers that require accessible accommodations should enquire prior to booking.

Pros: Loved it! It was my birthday - we were upgraded to better room with the bottle of champagne and received present from resort management! Thank you for making it special. Extremely clean, very helpful staff and the great beach. Great location - 20 min want to fish market and a supermarket. The hotel also helped us to rent the car - they deliver car to the hotel and we just drop the car key at the front desk. We did not book all inclusive, had everything we need in the room.
Cons: nothing
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: It was so noisy that one couldn't sleep.
7,0 Good
Pros: The restaurant by the beach and the beach facilities
Cons: The live music in the evenings was just too loud, very intrusive even with balcony windows closed it was too much. Not many seemed to be enjoying it yet it. Also strange variance in the staff, some lovely and friendly but one notable exception was the barman who was very aggressive and confrontational.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly family run hotel. Well located between St Lawrence Gap & Oistins (both walkable)
Cons: View from ground floor room was a little restricted
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The beach was amazing, we haven’t seen a significantly better one on the island. Free equipment like boogie boards, sun umbrellas, sunbeds etc. was very convenient. The room was clean and contemporary. The balcony had a pretty pool view (and even a bit of sea) and it was shady in the morning, so it was nice to have breakfast there. The restaurant was not too pricey, but don’t expect extraordinary food. The concierge was helpful in booking tours around the island. The hotel is right on the beach, which is amazing. Bridgetown is 30 min away by public transportation, which runs regularly even on Christmas Day.
Cons: The main inconvenience we have encountered is the music played in the evenings by the pool. It was very loud, one could still hear it with the balcony doors closed and earplugs in. I appreciate the entertainment provided at the hotel, but one must have a choice whether to join the party or not. Even though it ended at 10 p.m., being jet lagged after a transatlantic flight I’d like my peace and quiet in the evenings.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, in between Oistins and St Lawrence Gap. This hotel has the best staff and a very happy happy hour
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beachfront, nicely laid out, comfy, clean.
Cons: It does not protect the guests from taxi overcharging - the only country I've been to (and I've been to many) where taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is cheaper than from the hotel to the airport!! Taxi overall is expensive, and there are no cheaper alternatives for families. Ocean waves were all the time too choppy to swim. Hotel could use renovation.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: very nice hotel. great location. nice size rooms, lovely terrace. would definitely stay again.
Cons: wish my room was ready sooner. i called ahead but room was still not ready when i got there not a deal breaker but literally had to wait to 15 minutes before check in. they provided refreshing drinks while we waited. face towels were given some days some days not, that was weird.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: There are no elevators so those on higher floors had some exercise before reaching up. This would be difficult for elderly and physically challenged people
10,0 Excellent
Pros: An amazing hotel with super helpful staff and great sea front location
Cons: More food variety would be good. Bfast is pretty expensive but supermarket close by

Pros: Staff! Made me feel so loved and relaxed.
Cons: The sand was washed away so laying on the beach wasn’t possible. Pool is too small.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the location is perfect and our fellow guests all seemed to be totally chilled out. We loved it.
Cons: The restaurant facilities concentrate on high end catering but there are enough options close by that it was not a problem.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing. Genuinely helpful and friendly. They really made the stay special. The relaxed atmosphere and the fact that it was adults only was excellent and why so popular.
Cons: There weren’t enough sun beds in the non beach areas. The sun beds had to be reserved by 6am or you missed out! They need more beds, a policy not allowing the reservation of beds when not used and enforcement of the policy. However it will be better in the future once the intended improvements are implemented by the change in ownership.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfasts with champagne flowing for the whole time.....
Cons: Underwhelming reception for a returning guest...
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The friendly staff and the way you are made to feel special.
4,0 Okay
Pros: I liked the quieter inner space of the covered patio where they served breakfast. The ocean front room with the balcony is a must. The chairs on the deck directly behind the beach were very comfortable but it was hard to get those as people would "save" them. The check in was very personable but then never saw our ambassador again. You are basically on your own after check in.
Cons: We just returned from The House on Jan 13th, 2020. We had just lost our house in Marsh Harbour in hurricane Dorian and really wanted to spoil ourselves and decompress. It was also my husbands 60th Birthday and so we decided to go to The House as the reviews seemed very good. We were disappointed on so many levels. The service went from a 10/10 to a 4/10 very quickly. The personal check in with our ambassador was the best part and I felt this was going to be a pampered experience; they set up our massage, brought you a drink of your choice, checked you into your room....but then no one assisted us in any way thereafter - Our ambassador showed up on our last day and told us she was on days off (for the last 4 days). These may seem trivial but not one staff member asked us if we'd like a drink during the days while lounging on the beach chairs - so you had to go to the bar yourself. Our towels got soaked ( we had a lot of rain bans) several times a day and no one came to help clear them away and bring you fresh ones - and if you went to get fresh ones there were none at times. I had read about the complaints about lack of chairs (coz for this nightly rate) who wants to get up at the crack of dawn to 'save' a chair? And our ambassador assured us there would be no problem on check in. There was. Once I asked a staff member what the policy was on saved chairs and she told me its not allowed. Ok so how are you managing this? She said go ahead and remove the towel yourself. Onus on me not the Hotels problem. Our room was number 374 which was dated but functional (beware the shower stall is in a bathtub) Not sure what this was about but one night there was very loud music coming from the bar (across the street) til about 11 o'clock. Loud enough that you couldn't read in your room or relax. The main bathroom was dingy and there was never a roll of toilet paper on the roll.

Pros: Chilled out hotel with 1sr class staff
Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Great location and amazing beach. The whole property has a really cool vibe and the staff are incredibly friendly.
Cons: Nothing bad to say.

Pros: One of the best beaches on earth.
Cons: Customer service is spotty. Some staff great, some awful

Pros: Room comfy, Thanks
Cons: A longer stay
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This was our 5th visit. We were on the 4th floor and had a great room with lovely views over the beach. it was away from the main pools area, and so quiet. Had house keeping and towels changed daily daily. Breakfast was an amazing buffet or a la carte. New this year is the beach bbq, which was great fun.
Cons: We found that the restaurants charged high prices. We had a problem with the L'Azure where we had booked a table for our wedding anniversary, even reconfirmed the day before, but when we arrived we were told there was no booking in our name. Eventually a table was reluctantly found for us, but the evening was spoilt. The next morning we asked at reception and they reconfirmed there was a booking in our name!! Beach towels were an issue, supposed to be one per person but we saw several people with more than one each. And loungers by the pools, especially the adult one, had towels placed on them before 8am, and no one in sight! One morning there was 10 taken! Towels in the rooms were very hit and miss, and one day we had none at all at 7pm. Equipment in the kitchen was very basic, and why no oven tray, ridiculous! Beach was lovely, but the seaweed is still an issue. There is a boon, but it is not stopping it. Shame! Would not say this place is a 5*, too many issues there. Some days it struggled to be a 4*

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Overall amazing experience. Staff were excellent. Food was great.
6,0 Good
Pros: The resort was beautiful and our suite was very nice.
Cons: No power back up. Monday 18th power was off the entire day until late evening. Couldn't see to shower in cold water, no AC etc. When we asked about candles or any temporary solution, Lady on reception said there was a lantern in the bathroom which we could use...just one for a two bedroom suite. I understand that that it's not a regular occurrence and it affected the entire Island however, friends who stayed at other unnamed hotel were unaffected as they had power back up. Crane needs to invest in power back up!
5,0 Okay
Pros: The beach itself is fantastic . The staff who maintain grounds & the cleaners very thorough & cheerful . Gym equipment great
Cons: The staff in restaurants & reception appear not to want to be here anything is too much trouble . We arrived at 530 pm had to wait an hour for a room or else we would have to move rooms . Front door lock broke poor maintenance . Staff at beach bar could not offer coffee fizzy water or cola ! Only full buffet breakfast available on Christmas Day no other option . Staff running around 20 mins after official opening time . Concierge staff rude disinterested all of this for £650 per night without breakfast ! We overlooked building site . Much better options available on island
7,0 Good
Pros: Nice pools and perfect beach.
Cons: Price is too high considering the facilities and service. It is better to buy day pass (around 20 USD) than to stay at the resort.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great services, really nice facilities, a lot of restaurants to choose from, the view is amazing. They made us feel so pampered it was amazing. Also the breakfast was good and we didn't get bored with it, which usually happens when we stay in the same place for more than a week. The apartment was also very beautiful, jacuzzi and everything you need to feel like home.
Cons: Several power outages during the stay, we got to learn though that this is in no way a normal thing to happen. Also the fire alarm started in 2 nights without any reason, no one knew why.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The pools are amazing!
Cons: Air Conditioning in rooms need to be serbiced more frequently to ensure they are working properly.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The beach is world class, private, quiet, just perfect for a relaxing family vacation
Cons: Breakfast could be better, service is slow; there is a kids club on site but it does not have a lot of activities and looks very small, so we did not use it

3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The room is ok.
Cons: Completely poor service. Nobody cares about any of your requests. The transfer was supposed to be organized by hotel but nobody came - and no excuses at all. Main restaurant is awful. Sea view room in fact was a pool and roof view, and very little of the sea. Had to ask for making-up the room for three times. Lots of disappointment. We left this hotel 2 nights earlier, and spoke to a manager asking for refund - no reaction. We even didn't receive a final statement. The location is not really great - lots of waves and windy.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The beach is one of the best I've ever seen. The views are incredible. Great location. Food not bad at all for an all inclusive - something we loved everyday. We would come back.
Cons: All the restaurant staff were amazing but the reception staff have a lot to live up to. Very slow. I asked for towels 5 times before I got it. We booked trips but no one told us when we were departing (despite asking 3 times!) No one knew anything. I found a few of them a bit rude. That said, everyone else was a delight. Very friendly.
7,1 Good
Pros: I really enjoyed the size of the rooms and the fact that you can have 2 rooms communicating together. We were a family of 7 and it was perfect. The rooms and facilities were always clean and well maintained. There were some great events at the small bar of the hotel with great people teaching us about Barbados. Shawn from guest services was extremely great at booking us the right excursions. The location of the hotel and proximity of the beach was fantastic. We were very happy about the 'smaller' type of hotel/resort, with 3 pools and direct access to the beach. Finally we met some great people from multiple different countries and made some new friends.
Cons: It felt as though not all of the staff at the hotel is happy to be working in the service industry. When you choose a hotel you are looking for the best experience that will make you want to go back but not all of the staff felt as though this was their mission or values. From a cuisine perspective, both a la carte restaurant need better quality and better variety. Breakfast were great but dinner options were limited and not tasty. We ended eating out on multiple nights which makes a trip more expensive when you pay for all inclusive. There are some quite good restaurants on the island so hotels need to follow as well.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The adults area was lovely and relaxing. The rest of the staff were all really friendly and I liked the organised run. Rooms are beautiful, the beach is stunning and all in all a really well run, nicely renovated place to relax for a week. I really enjoyed my stay.
Cons: Most of the staff were lovely, just one woman was the talk of the pool with how rude she could be to people.... I dont think she should be front of house, and the restaurants being full when you want to book in can be a little annoying. Also live music till 11pm I thought was a little too late, if it finished a bit earlier it might help those in rooms around it have an earlier night if they want too.
5,4 Okay
Cons: Food

Pros: The beach was amazing!
Cons: The restaurants and the food served was not very good. It was quite annoying having to book a table every night and not being able to eat whenever we wanted to.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is wonderful and the rooms are fantastic. It was clean and the staff was helpful. It was a wonderful stay and we felt it was heavenly staying so close to the ocean, falling asleep to the sound of the waves.
Cons: There were some things missing for us to have that real sense of luxury. In example the sports channel always being on in the beach bar next to the pool where it took over the whole space. There is no spa available. The Afternoon Tea could have been set up in a more flattering location.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff
Cons: Use of personal condiments over after someone else had already used it. Appalling.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. It's a shame that Room Service breakfasts weren't an option in the price. The beach is fabulous. Could be made even more luxurious and have better waiter/waitress service.Put everyone in a turquoise uniform.
Cons: Just feel that the staff lacked identity. A bright, smart uniform would really distinguish them and elevate their position. All charming and nice, but need to stand out. Main restaurant was closed during our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Admin before arrival proved tricky. Mix up with booking and payment led to excessive number of emails between vendor and hotel and myself.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Property is well situated, clean tidy, rooms are spacious. Food excellent, as were the staff. Throughly enjoyed our stay.
Cons: All good, no complaints at all.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the beach is optimal, the service staff is amazing and breakfast is lovely. The ocean view studio is very cute and comes with a stove, plates and cutlery if one is interested in cooking for oneself. This was a pleasant surprise.
Cons: The pool is not the biggest, and after having stayed at Accra Beach Hotel it was just basic but this is not a deal killer. The beach that the hotel occupies is not the the calmest but this is the south coast of the island and that's what you get. The walls are a bit thin and some adjoining rooms might have guests that are sticklers for quiet and your noisy child might drive them crazy :) Other than those minor things, they're really no downsides to this hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was a last minute booking and I’m so glad that I did. It was a very peaceful stay. The property was very clean and staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: The food... just amazing choices and quality!.. Enids is such a beautiful restaurant with excellent food!
Cons: Only stayed 3 nights.... given the location, food and things to do... at least week stay would be best!
4,6 Okay
Pros: The food was good. The location was good. The hotel upgraded our room to a sea view which was very nice of them, a pleasant surprise.
Cons: The staff has a generally BAD attitude. Don't expect a smile or any courtesy from the staff. Oh a few of the older staff members were pleasant but the young team members had a real bad attitude. The place does not have a beach on site, a big disappointment. This wasn't entirely clear in the description. They need to improve the follow up cleaning around the poolside and heavier guest centric gathering spots. We usually cleared tables, emptied the ashtray, removed towels, etc in these places because service was slow/non-existent. Keep your expectations low , get a rock bottom bargain price and you my feel you got your money's worth.
7,9 Good
Pros: Food was very good and value for money. The rooms are very nice with big showers and lots of hot water. Well maintained gardens and clean pool.
Cons: The pillows were very uncomfortable and hard. Very poor WiFi and the deck chairs too squashed together by the beach wall. There is no real beach. Dirty deckchairs. And Enid’s the supposedly better restaurant was very poor and not as described.

Pros: Breakfast was awsome and location was great staff wer really friendly and helpfull.Beautifull at night with the pool lights and the almond and banana trees wer nice

Pros: Great location, generally very good, friendly service. Expensive I am afraid, particularly the pool bar and restaurant- but overall, pretty good for a few nights stay
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Fabulous pools and beaches.
Cons: Relatively small issues. First, there is a seaweed problem during the summer in Barbados. Rather than simply rake it every morning (or night), the Hilton chooses to ignore it. As a result, no one (or almost no one) used the beach.

Pros: easy access to the beach, hammocks on the beach are nice. Pool was clean, great for a group of friends or a couple. Debra from the excursions desk is amazing. Highly recommend booking a catamaran cruise through her for a day.

Pros: I liked my oceanview room however cleanliness was an F in my books due to the mold I found the next day on my pillowcase
Cons: My room was not ready when I arrived at 4:00 . The brochure clearly states check in at 3:00. I also chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. After contacting and emailing this hotel several times, we were not able to book the shuttle. There was no response from the hotel, and or return email after leaving several messages.

Pros: At least it's next to the ocean

Pros: Balcony. Staff on reception
Cons: Breakfast staff on phone and slow.

Pros: The location to the beach, restaurants and bars is perfect (located in the St Lawrence Gap area)! The property staff representatives are VERY professional and friendly. The rooms and balconys are large and definitely gives you that Caribbean feel. The beach view is exceptional!
Cons: The bed was not very comfortable (need better mattresses).

Pros: The staff, they always do what they can to facilitate us. Upon arriving security escorted me to my room, and they're always visible at nights. Big ups to Maurice at the bar, great costomer service. The good lady that clean our room was very nice as well, the front desk personel very helpful getting us transportation and answering any and all of our questions. Thanks all, keep up the good work.
Cons: No one was ever available to bring us room service and the bar/kitchen closes way too early. I also noticed there wasn't any lifeguard on duty after hours. It would be nice to enjoy a late night swim under the stars. Not a big deal.

Cons: The reception service should be faster and more professional

Pros: Second time we’ve stayed at this apart/hotel and love the location.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and lovely friendly staff with comfortable beds and couch and a modern stove. It would be a perfect vacation and worth the price.
Cons: They need to update the apartments especially the bed and sleeper couch. Both extremely over used. I got in bed and rolled out the side where the indentation was so deep. Same on the sleeper couch. Electric stove top coil burners kept popping up. Leaving the pans almost tipping. Dangerous! For those with babies or not wanting to participate in kareoke it was so loud. If in an apartment you couldnt hear the tv or have good conversation. Need to leave the premisise.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was just like in the pictures, everything was good.
Cons: All was good, although I didn't like it that upon checkin an extra "room levy" of 7 USD was charged on top of the price as agreed on booking.com. It's a small amount, but I just believe that the price on booking.com should be the same as the one you pay in the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: The room was perfect. Clean and very comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What a fantastic place! Perfect location, just across the road from a beautiful quiet beach and about 5 minutes walk to another beach that is more lively. The pool was great to swim in. Don't miss the Tuesday night meal and live entertainment with Mr Impact. Joy and the kitchen and bar staff are so lovely. The cleaning team and the maintenance team were also really fantastic. The apartments are clean, fully equipped in the kitchen, lovely balcony and there is a laundry that you can use (pay with tokens from reception) if you need to do any washing. Two supermarkets are within 5 - 7 minutes walk, with one of them being even closer than that. Cash machines, petrol stations, bus stops, bars, restaurants and even a church all within that same distance. I could go on! I'll happily stay at Worthing court on future visits to Barbados!
Cons: There is no hanging / drying rail on the balcony; and they could use a proper towel rail in the bathroom wall. There is one in the shower itself but not really enough space if you want to dry clothes.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel located just couple of minutes walk from the Worthing beach. Massy store is close to this hotel. There were room cleaning every 2 days. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has all required equipment.
Cons: At one night we woke up at 3AM because of noise and music sound. When we checked we saw a person sat at the balcony on 2nd floor, totally drunk and smoked marijuana. He didn't react to our requests and just continue. Reception person also doesn't helped us and it was a little bit surprise for us. Only when we go to the reception the person from reception came to check what happened. But once he left our area the man on the balcony continue his things. It's definitely not the hotel if you want to have quiet vacation because there was a party every Friday and New Year party finished at 1.30 AM only.

Pros: I loved it all. The staff were attentive and more than helpful. The location was perfect in relation to the airport, places to shop and dine. A short distance from the beach and access to public transport. I would highly recommend this location for the hospitality, the golf course and the serenity. I will be revisiting in the Summer of 2020.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The apartment has a nice layout, the same as all of the other apartments in this cluster and all the other clusters. The pool area is nice, though there are not many sunbeds and they could do with replacing as they get saturated with water when it rains. The dining area has a light/fan that would be much more effective in the bedroom. That's about about the only positive things I can say I'm afraid, other than that the housekeepers do a good job and are friendly. We were allowed to check in early and check out late, which was very much appreciated.
Cons: We had to find additional accommodation for 3 nights due to the loss of our Thomas Cook flights and being unable to get the same dates. The apartment we left in a nearby cluster was really great and this one at the nearby Plum Tree Club does not compare favourably, even though the layout is identical - in fact, this is one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. We were not given the one shown in the picture (the apartment was 723, even though our documentation says 18). The lock on the door is broken and does not work properly - every time we tried to lock/unlock the door it was almost impossible and took ages before the key suddenly went in. This was reported but nothing was done, even though it just needs a new lock. The apartment is so poorly equipped and in need of a refurb, and the balcony gets absolutely no sun whatsoever at any time of the day. The kettle is an oven-top one that takes forever to boil (and could be a safety hazard if it is left on and forgotten) and there is just 4 of everything in terms of cutlery/crockery, except for teaspoons and there were just 2 of them. The bed is comfortable, but there is just a sheet and a thin throw - we were really cold during the night. The air conditioning only works in the bedroom when the door is closed. It wouldn't really take too much in terms of cost/time/effort to enhance this apartment (though the sun on the balcony obviously can't be changed). Thank goodness we were only here for 3 nights, I could not have stayed any longer than that.

Pros: The hotel is great! Loved the beach out back and it was a perfect place for relaxation. The hotel is in a central location for hotel pick ups and not but a few minutes away from Bridgetown. Great food and great location.
Cons: The hotel has some work to do on the wifi for hotel guests. The internet is slow and unreliable, but there are other places around that have better wifi. The only other thing was that the beds are a tad too firm for my liking but when your tired you will sleep...besides your there to relax on the beach not in the room!
7,0 Good
Pros: The staff is nice and kind. The entertainment is quite outdated, food can be better at the restaurant. The clientele is not very mix like it is written I the description, not so many groups, mainly old couples and some families. The tour shop is very good, we went for a catamaran sea turtle day and it's been awesome. The lady at the souvenir shop ( don't recall her name, little short hair, she was simply adorable. The beach bar is really good, nice lunch menu and nice cocktails, the beach is great but no one helps you to take a chair. Lack of staff I guess. I booked a 2 double bedroom apartment, and all apartments are located opposite the hotel, called the Annex. No sea view as I expected, I was very disappointed it. Internet is not so great. There is not a clear mention about this on the website. Overall it was ok, it could have been better.
7,9 Good
Pros: The position and the beach, unfortunately we do not have any ideas about the hotel's rooms!
Cons: The apartmentnt was not according the pictures we saw in booking.com To reach the beach and the restorant you have to cross an havy traffic street, not comfortable at all.
4,0 Okay
Cons: WiFi did not work for the first 5 nights of our stay; the staff only gave us excuses and was not helpful. Finally after pleading and complaining as I required the Internet for work and to monitor emails, they offered us another room, so we had the added inconvenience of having to pack up all of our stuff, move then unpack again. I travel a lot and have been to Barbados a few times before, and this is by far the most unprofessional and unfriendly place we have stayed in. I wonder if its because we are East Indian or Caricom residents that we got this unfair treatment. So... We booked the hotel for nine nights. My mom and wife went first as I had to work for the first 4 nights back home. Before booking I called the hotel and asked about the extra person fee for the room and they advised it was USD 31.44 extra per night. On arriving I was advised that the fee was USD 48.38 per night extra. No problem I paid it. We had to call the front desk to get everything that should have been in the room for an extra guest even though we paid this fee. We got these things (cutlery, extra blankets ect.) at the hotel's convenience. We asked that the twin beds be arranged into King size and for two nights this was not done. The television did not work properly and after making multiple complaints, a technician came and said he would check it. Nothing was done until we changed rooms. When I asked the manager how they intended to compensate us for no Internet and a poor television signal for 7 days before we had to change rooms, also the inconvenience of moving and the untimely service, she said that she would reimburse us 2 nights of the extra person charge (USD 96.00) which I found was insulting but to close the matter and maybe enjoy part of my stay here, I said okay. When I went at the front desk and advised about the reimbursement, the person there reimbursed us for the 5 nights extra person fee which I thought they should have been the least they did, she then called after and mentioned she made a mistake and I have to come and pay the fee AGAIN (I told her it was USD 96.00, BUT she gave me another figure which I thought was the hotel trying to make amends). I had to check my credit card transactions when I got home to ensure I was not overcharged. There are other small things like a charge for changing beach towels, I have never seen that before, and the activities area only advise activities that are provided by the hotel...so many more little annoying things that made this trip annoying!!! It was also my wife's and my 5th Wedding Anniversary, it’s so sad that we are spent it there. Coconut Court has ruined what should have been a milestone for a young couple. We had our honeymoon in Barbados, it was amazing, and we have stayed at other hotels in the area and enjoyed ourselves. I travel through the Caribbean for work and have no problems. This was really a disappointing experience. . I will never go back to this hotel

Pros: Beautiful beach.
Cons: No hot water for 4 days - no room to move to. Owner refused to adjust the bill beyond a small discount. He offered only 3 nights of 20% of only the UPGRADE charge I paid. (When we arrived I upgraded from a teeny one bedroom with insufficient air conditioning to a bigger room - "the penthouse"). It was an additional $100 US per night - that made it approximately $260 plus taxes per night charge. In essence, he offered $60 for 4 days of no hot water (one day no water in the bathroom and people in and out all day). The best he would do was 3 days of 50%of the upgrade charge for 3 days ($150).
