Pros (+) Beautiful beach.
Cons (-) No hot water for 4 days - no room to move to. Owner refused to adjust the bill beyond a small discount. He offered only 3 nights of 20% of only the UPGRADE charge I paid. (When we arrived I upgraded from a teeny one bedroom with insufficient air conditioning to a bigger room - "the penthouse").
