Pros (+) I liked my oceanview room however cleanliness was an F in my books due to the mold I found the next day on my pillowcase
Cons (-) My room was not ready when I arrived at 4:00 . The brochure clearly states check in at 3:00. I also chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. After contacting and emailing this hotel several times, we were not able to book the shuttle. There was no response from the hotel, and or return email after leaving several messages.
