Pros (+) The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful; even to the point of coming to the room immediately to help with a minor cable box issue and no sign of feeling put out or upset about the need to assist. The room was very clean and neat. We stayed in a Deluxe with double queen beds and the furnishings were so nice and well kept. The TV was a great-sized flat screen. Mini fridge and microwave were...

Pros (+) Continental breakfast better than average. Very well maintained. Hot water (hot chocolate, tea) always available. Conveniently located for Petrified Forest. Room spacious. Convenient outlet for recharging.
