The toilet does not flush. I call the reception but they did not fix it!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly which was good as we speak very little German. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay.
There was no hot water for a shower after 10am but when asked staff did arrange for the water to be heated. They did not have an iron available to iron our clothes.
