Pros: The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was helpful.
Cons: There were ants in the bathroom and nobody could find spray to take care of them. The beds were terribly uncomfortable (very lumpy with springs popping up). Fortunately, each bed had four pillows and I could used them as a pillow topper.

Pros: As soon as we entered we were greeted by staff members in a very friendly manner. We were tired because we had just gotten thereafter a 2 hour-long meeting to which we drove too for 9 hours. The check-in was quick and efficient. As soon as we started getting a pleasant lemon scent from the cleaning products which immediately brought a smile to our faces. We entered our room and it was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was clean from top to bottom. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. It had a few options and they were all delicious.
Cons: The only negative comment I have is that the mattress was a little bit stiff but that is all I have to say about the bad things because there was nothing else.

Pros: The location was great. It's just that the breakfast area was closed due to COVID-19. Which meant no waffles, syrup, or anything like that. The only accessible things to get for breakfast were yogurt, pastries, apples, coffee, hot chocolate, apple and orange juice.
Cons: I did not like that, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the fitness center, pool, dine-ins, and spooky tours were all shut down. There wasn't much room for me to exercise in the room. I wasn't about to stay the WHOLE three nights not getting to do much because of this virus outbreak, so I packed up the second day, and just left. What a wasted trip.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great
Cons: The handicap rooms do not have showers, they have tubs with safety bars, not good for wheelchair bound people
5,0 Okay
Cons: Gave me a room directly above renovation
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Night staffer was particularly helpful. We needed a room as far from the noisy freeway as possible (to help with a neurological issue). "V" was courteous and helpful. We had reserved 1 night and ended up staying 4.
Cons: All in all, a very good experience.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find, good location, quality breakfast!!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to I25 and 470. Lots of places to eat close by. Easy check in and rooms were clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Having the in-room fridge is a bonus too. Great value for the money and would stay here again when in town for business south of Denver.
Cons: Typical continental breakfast food with some hot selections that you see in all hotels where breakfast is included in the price. This food is not really appealing to me but there are may other places in close driving distance that this didn't matter.

6,0 Good
Pros: After my first bad night they were able to put me into what I would have considered a 2 star room and it was almost perfect.
Cons: The first room wasn't safe as it didn't have a safety lock inside nor had been cleaned in a very long time. The toilet didn't work and room smelled of cigarettes and weed. They did give me a better room for my second night.

Pros: The water was warm.
Cons: It was unclean. There was crumbs in the drawers. Pipe resin on the table top. E-cigarette stickers on the "artwork", placed there by previous patrons. The room was not cleaned. We were told no when we asked for a clean towel. Total dump!!!
1,0 Poor
Pros: It looks like this hotel is being abandoned, in preparation for a shutdown. The drapes have been partially removed so that the interior of the rooms can be seen, I think to see if they are occupied by squatters. Outside, there are empty whiskey bottles.
Cons: No toilet paper, No towels. Floors and everything very dirty. I slept in my clothes, because the sheets were dirty. Broken lamp.

7,0 Good
Pros: I liked the price and location of the hotel. It worked very well into my schedule and checking in was painless.
Cons: The room did not have a microwave or fridge, and they held a deposit on my card of $75 for incidentals, which is more than the price I paid for the room itself.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. Very pet friendly. Clean rooms with great amenities. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Our go to location every time we travel to the Denver area.
Cons: Nothing we love everything.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Good location for our purposes, nice staff, nice to have restaurant and bar on location, quiet room (even number, so not facing highway).
Cons: We were surprised at how rundown and dated everything was, from the worn and ragged carpet to the old elevator. The room (a double with two double beds) was cramped (especially the bathroom), the beds were older and sagged, the sheets did not smell good (perhaps a special bleach smell but it wasn’t regular bleach and was pungent), there was no mini-fridge, the chair was old and the upholstery was worn. It was also cold when the fan for the heat wasn’t blowing, and when it did blow, it blew the sheer curtains out into the room so you couldn’t sit in the chair without the curtain in your way. We could stick the sheers behind the heavy drape to fix that problem but it was nevertheless an annoying design flaw, along with the heavy drapes not being closeable and having to use the vinyl blackout curtains instead. Even the folder with hotel information on the desk was warped and worn. All of this would have been fine for a motel 6 that was half the price, but we paid the same price we would have paid at one of the other area hotels (like the new Marriott), which is practically brand new and much, much more comfortable, well designed, and clean. It’s possible we were put on a floor that was less well maintained because we didn’t want down blankets—we were in the low-rent district—but it was overall really disappointing. We stayed here because my husband had stayed in the past (close to his parents home) and had a much better memory of it.
