We ultimately got a better car than we had reserved at the lower price.Cons:
We reserved the car for 1pm Sunday. The Avis store closed at 1pm. We were 5 minutes late, so no car. Avis gave us an alternative pick up site, but attempted to charge more because we changed locations. There should be a warning if your scheduled pickup or drop off are within 30 minutes of store closing.10,0 Wonderful

The first car they gave us smelled like a fine mixture of sharp cig smoke and drunkard barf. Then they gave us another car smaller than we requested and didn't change the price. Smaller car wasn't going to work for our family, so we cancelled the reservation. Both cars were well over 30k miles and had seen better days. I Ubered over to Avis a few mikes away and they gave us what we needed, and great smelling to boot!10,0 Wonderful
