Could have been better. Mesage on dashboard said one tire was low -- personnel should have seen that. Had to go in and get them to put more air in! Car wasn't washed and the windshield was full of bugs. Had to clean it myself. Personnel thought it was my privilege to rent from Hertz -- not the other way around.Reviewed May 4 2024

When I booked I told them that my flight was getting into Valdosta at 5PM. No one bothered to mention that Hertz closes at 5PM. By the time I got to their office it was about 5:20PM. They were closed. There was an employee still on the premises but he refused to help. We had to pay about $180 for a Lyft to take us to our hotel in Thomasville (an hours drive) and drive us back the next day for a pick up. I would definitely not recommend Hertz to anyone. It was beyond stressful and horrible.Reviewed Dec 14 2021

Cons:Price for the car was expensive! Horrible pick up and drop off customer service! The windshield wipers were a mess, it could've caused a wreck from not working properly! The tires did not have enough air! The tires were not snow tires in winter!!!Reviewed Jan 24 2021
