Pros: Car was very comfortable and pick up was friendly and easy
Cons: Upon dropping off car- I made sure that it was returned with the same amount of gas as when it was picked up. However, upon receiving my receipt via email- I was charged $25 additional dollars for returning it supposedly with less gas.

Disappointing Service
Pros: The vehicle itself was ok. The pickup point gave me an upgrade because the original was not ready.
Cons: The gentlemen did not ask if I were a AAA or Hertz member to save on my rental like the additional driver’s fee.

Cons: When I showed up to pick up the car they did not have a car ready for me. They had me go wait at a pizza parlor near by until they figured something out. I eventually got a car. The customer service was horrible and I will never do this again. whenever I would try to call priceline the automated system would send me directly to Hertz. Hertz told me I should never purchase car insurance through priceline.
