Hertz online hours are wrong, so we went to pick up our reserved car and they were closed. We went back the next morning (30 minutes early because their morning hours are wrong too) and they didn't have a car for us. I'm not sure why they let us reserve a car they didn't have but they basically told us tough luck and didn't try to accommodate us at all. Awful experience and horrible service all around.Reviewed Dec 12 2021
