I did rent a car for my trip and at the pickup day there was no car available for me 😣😣 I lost all my trip this was the worst experience and Enterprise never call me back to apologize for the issue I don't recomend this rental, also I did the report and nothing was done to help me as a customer.Reviewed Sept 13 2026

Address was incorrect for pick location. The address given from kayak email was wrong. It sent me to a Toyota car dealership. Enterprise was not anywhere near this address. But I barely made pick up time before closing after making calls and tracking down correct location.Reviewed Aug 24 2024

I booked on Kayak with details selected for Denver airport. However, the car that was booked was at a location 25 min from the airport so I had to cancel. This wasted a ton of time as I had to wait for another shuttle back to the airport so I could get on another shuttle to another rental company.Reviewed Sept 15 2022
