Pros:The car was excellent. Easy and comfortable drivingCons:The Hertz office in Lady Lake (The Villages) was a very bad experience. We had to wait for about 1 hr for the understaffed office to clean a car for a person in front of us and to clean our car. Knowing we were coming to pick up the car, it should have been ready! Further, the inside was nice and clean but the outside was very dirty. I paid for a carwash before I left FL. Also, the office was very soiled looking and tacky.
