Pros:Helpful staff at the pickup, though the other customers in the office weren’t wearing masks. It was uncomfortable.Cons:I received a car I didn’t want or plan for, a minivan, which I don’t feel comfortable driving. I paid for a premium sedan and I received the furthest thing from it. The car was filthy when I went to load my luggage. The carpet was covered with grass and dirt. And the out-of-date aux/phone connectivity was hard to use and poor quality, making navigation stressful and my music unenjoyable.Reviewed May 9 2021

Pros:Voided rental while on site! Rented a Nissan Pathfinder gave me a Kia Sorento with body damage and stained cloth seats! Staff could not assist and offered a minivan replacement! When you pay for premium SUV rental that is what is expected!Cons:Staff gave me a phone number to call which was incorrect. The second phone number is Hertz.com ignore with endless menus, ultimately placing the caller in hold he’ll for ridiculous amounts of wait time. Finally spoke with a representative so heavily accented that we could barely communicate resulting in yet another phone call to the billing department! Still awaiting my credit card refund as I paid for the rental up front to save money on the crazy cost!Reviewed Apr 11 2021

Pros:I mean, I would call a Kia Sorrento a full-size SUV. We moved our luggage from a RAV-4 and it barely fit in the Kia. Moving from a crossover to a full size SUV, you expect a little bit more room. Maybe you should clear up with your partners what is considered a full-size SUV. When your site says a Nissan Pathfinder OR COMPARABLE, no one expects to show up and have to drive a Kia Sorrento.Cons:Stop lying to us about the cars available. I could have gotten way cheaper rates for a Kia Dorrento booking direct or using another service. Massively disappointing.Reviewed Mar 28 2021

Do not ever try to rent from this placePros:NothingCons:Called a week prior to rental, asked about policies on using debit card for rental. They said it would be fine, just make sure I have enough for 200$ deposit. I go in to get my rental and they tell me that I can't get a rental (after I already booked a week in advance and payed) the man didn't seem very concerned in fact when I walked in I had to find someone because there was none to be found!! When I called this number he gave me to get my money back the lady laughed at my email address (real professional, right?) and then said that she would have to "see about putting in a request NEXT WEEK to get my money, after she puts in the request it will take 10 BUSINESS DAYS" When I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused and only apologized after I told her how horrible the company is and she offered me a certificate... okay... you guys will not rent me a car what's a certificate going to do for me? She clearly didn't care either and refused to send me over to a manager even after I asked 3 times. I will never again try to use this horrible, unprofessional company who clearly doesn't care about their customers.Reviewed Jun 20 2017
