Hertz rental agent was not wearing a mask even though he works inside the airport! Car rental process was quick, but I would not recommend them since they don’t follow masking requirements.Reviewed Dec 30 2021

Cons:They gave me a new 2020 car but there was damage all over it and it had not been previously recorded. The employee said if I had not brought him out and had him inspect it they likely would have charged me for all the repairs. I’m nervous they will still try and stick me with costs even though I didn’t cause any damage.Reviewed Sep 28 2020

Pros:Pick up was fairly straight forward and efficient.Cons:Customer service is severely lacking. No greetings either at pick up or drop off. The vehicle was extremely sub-standard (Toyota Sequoia) such a poor choice of vehicle to include with the class of vehicles offered. So very disappointed with the experience. I will go back to Avis or Enterprise if this is any indication of future rental experience.Reviewed Dec 31 2019
