Rented online only to receive a call of no cars available - I had to cancel my own reservation as Hertz would not citing I made the reservation and it was easier for me to cancel it - I am still dealing with the 3rd party car insurance provider to completely cancel the auto policy provided and paid for via Kayak but separate from the car rental - what a waste of time!Reviewed Feb 7 2026

I had a very bad experience. First of all I show up on time. No car available? The attendant there showed little interest in the situation.. Told me all they had were SUV’s and they were accounted for. No interest in helping me get another car. I was stuck there all day because my ride was at work. No interest in renting from you again.Reviewed May 25 2024

Didn't get a car was given the run around I reserve the car month a head and 2hours before 9 my location had no car sent me 45mimtues away with confirmation number and again no car l could pay 25 dollars more a day l started at 148.97 to 250.00. My experience with the person who helped me at this particular location was excellent. He was personable and didn’t try too hard to upsell me on the insurance (which is always obnoxious to me).
