I had scheduled a pick up for 10:00 a.m. unfortunately there was no cars available for me wait until noon and then when I went to go check out the gentleman at the counters would not try to help me with the $84 difference. Unfortunately my credit card company would not extend a higher approval rate so I left the store and I went to Enterprise and we was right in and ride out in about 20 minutes. I've been doing business with y'all for years and my experience with that hurts in general it was very very poor and I do not think I will use that service again.Reviewed Apr 11 2024

Didn't get a car was given the run around I reserve the car month a head and 2hours before 9 my location had no car sent me 45mimtues away with confirmation number and again no car l could pay 25 dollars more a day l started at 148.97 to 250.00. My experience with the person who helped me at this particular location was excellent. He was personable and didn’t try too hard to upsell me on the insurance (which is always obnoxious to me). When I returned the vehicle, the same person helped me and the process was quick and seamless.Reviewed Dec 31 2021

Pros:NothingCons:This location allows you to book a weekend car online, but is closed for the weekend! We were in town for a wedding, and we needed a car. When we arrived there were two other people standing outside frantically calling around looking for a car anywhere else. There were not any other cars available for us, and we had to scrap a lot of our plans for the weekend and take a Lyft to the wedding. I solely blame this hertz location for ruining our trip to Atlanta and I am absolutely livid.Reviewed Mar 16 2021

Cons:The rental store could have been open for business. Kayak allows booking a rental at a location that was closed, but I did not discover this until I arrived to pick up the car.Reviewed Dec 27 2020

Pros:The staff was the most unhelpful, rude group of people I've ever dealt with.Cons:I'd paid for my rental up front and they gave away my car then showed no interest in assisting me with getting a replacement that held the number of passengers I needed. I went to Twitter and their customer service was unhelpful too. They said to just deal with the local office which had closed for the night and I was supposed to start my drive at 5a. Worst rental car experience ever. Went through a different company in the end and had to drive an hour away to pick up the car, pay to park our regular vehicle at the airport instead of in our driveway, etc... Cons:The staff in the Roswell GA location as the worst. LAZY! No one wanted to help the customers standing and sitting in the lobby. One of the women just sat there pitting on hand lotion and filing her nails. She was there again when I dropped off the car and never asks if she can help. Car also had prReviewed Jul 24 2019
