Brooke made this rental process with Enterprise seamless! I snagged a great daily rate for a pickup truck. From there Brooke took the initiative to call me and made sure I had everything I needed for my rental She even thought ahead and extended my rental period for the full day instead of just the 4 hours I tried to book. Super great customer service from start to finish. The truck I got to drive was really awesome and I totally loved the overall experience. A trip of unexpected expenseCons:I spoke with 5 different people over the phone, 5 different timea, before i actually showed up for the rental. I wound up with a Much different car that was smaller than we expected. And i was forced to pay $250 versus the $61 that was agreed upon online. No where online did i see anything about $250 deposit, nor was i told by any of the 5 people i confirmed with that there was such a charge! And when i complained to the manager i was told "well you never spoke with someone here! You must have spoke with the call center people" as if that made it betterReviewed Jan 29 2017

A lot more than I expectedPros:The car was a newer model and was very clean.Cons:I went to pick up at the appointed time but i waited a lot for the guy to bring me my car so I ended up leaving 30 min later. When I reserved on the website, the price for 3 day rental was $180. I go to their office and they say their basic coverage plan will be +$80 and is highly recommended as with out that I could be covering up to $1,000(worst case, I'm sure). When I got the invoice, it had additional fees and taxes for a total of $280. I wish they would just tell me the cost upfront and not be so roundabout with it.Reviewed Jan 2 2017

Nice car, not customer service.Pros:The car was in good shape, got great gas mileage and was comfortable to drive.Cons:The Enterprise representative attempted to scare me into insurance and all the extras, to the point that I was anxious about driving the car out of the lot. There are ways to sell insurance without making the buyer apprehensive about the purchase.Reviewed Dec 2 2016
