The hertz location didn’t actually have the car I reserved when I got there for my scheduled pick up. I will say the location was extremely busy on the day I picked up, but I did spend 3 hours there before I was given a car. They did end up “upgrading” me to a bigger car, but mostly because I had just been sitting there so long and they still didn’t have the size car I reserved. I like that they gave me an upgrade for free in the end. I could tell they were struggling to keep up with all the problems they were running into that day and they were still nice and kept their cool. I think the communication between hertz and the third party apps needs to be better to ensure the location actually has the cars someone is reserving.Reviewed Dec 7 2021

Pros:The car was fine.Cons:I dropped it off on a Saturday, not knowing they would be closed...I was not given prior instructions on what to do? No time stamp on the return let alone an inspection as to its condition? Over the course of the weekend...something could happen to it and it would infer my responsibility. PleasedPros:Renting the vehicle was easy, the entire check-out process took less than 10 minutes. Location was nice, open, and clean. Poor customer servicePros:When I left.Cons:Very unprofessional, dress code non-existent. Reperesentative talking on personal phone on speaker, just referred me to a brochure when problem occurred. Was told that if they called they would be told the same thing, instead of making the call for me. Poor communication, sat down at desk while I was at the front and didn’t tell me that’s where he’d be helping me. Bathrooms out of service. Overall terrible, not worth saving the money to deal with. Told I was getting an upgrade, and I did not. Brought my car back early and still charged for another day, when it was within the 24 hour period.Reviewed Jan 18 2018
