Not much, car was not washed and dirty inside. Gave me an electric vehicle, with knowledge that I was in a small town without a charging station. This was an absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HERTZ IN PLYMOUTH MICHIGAN!

They did not have the vehicle that I rented and had nothing but excuses….I rented a pickup because that’s what I needed, received a mini van and we will call you… I had to call multiple times and then just showed up to finally get the pickup. The van and the truck were in horrible condition and were filthy. What a waste of time and money.
