Pros:The pick up location (And drop off) were not at the airport, but at a remote location that required us to Uber to that location from the airport for an additional expense.Cons:Hertz itself was fine, but Kayak should have highlighted that the rental location was not on the airport property.Reviewed May 18 2021

Cons:Final billing. In the final bill email, I was charged the weekly rate for the daily rate and had to rush back to the rental car desk to get adjusted after I had gotten to my airport gate. I could not get a person on the phone to help me and had to go back in person. It was stressful.Reviewed Apr 6 2021
