Pros:

Definitely none. Vehicle was not at the agreed location confirmation.

Cons:

Besides vehicle being in the wrong location confirmed, the agent tried to give me a standard truck instead of a premium. I rent often with Hertz or Enterprise primarily and am usually satisfied. I chose not to take the rental this time. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! Waste of my time...

Pros:

The pick up location (And drop off) were not at the airport, but at a remote location that required us to Uber to that location from the airport for an additional expense.

Cons:

Hertz itself was fine, but Kayak should have highlighted that the rental location was not on the airport property.

Cons:

Final billing. In the final bill email, I was charged the weekly rate for the daily rate and had to rush back to the rental car desk to get adjusted after I had gotten to my airport gate. I could not get a person on the phone to help me and had to go back in person. It was stressful.

We had a wonderful experience with National! I had heard about bad stories with rental car agencies but I couldn't be happier with our whole experience. We rented a Suburban type SUV and got an Expedition Max. This was an awesome SUV big enough to haul all our stuff and seat 8 people. We got it clean and it was just the most comfortable, roomy SUV I have ever been in. I brought it back very dirty after 11 days on the road and they checked it in in minutes and I was off on my way. Highly recommend National!
