Pros:despite taking my reservation for a specific class of vehicle, they didnt honor it then they upcharged me for lesser class (4x4 pickup reserved, got a compact suv, its all they had) extra mystery charges on my credit card i will need to disputeCons:honor reservations dont upcharge for a lesser car dont charge my credit card again for no reasonReviewed Mar 8 2021
