The car was in rough shape; the fender was falling off during our trip. We had to upgrade and pay an extra $25 per day for a banged up car. I didn't get a good deal with Hertz.Reviewed Dec 4 2023

Cons:Hertz needs to have dedicated staff to clean vehicles, not making their office staff do double duty with cleaning cars and running the rental counter. Employee there seemed extremely stress, couldn't blame him. Also, car I rented was not clean inside or out. Had to clean it myself. Extremely long wait times to pick up and drop off.Reviewed Mar 30 2021

Pros:It was just the right size for us to travel in. Got great gas mileage. XM RADIO.Cons:It was not super clean. The front rubber sweep under the car was loose and had to be fixed while in the road.Reviewed Oct 17 2017

Hertz Lee's Summit is ExcellentPros:I got what I believe to be a totally reasonable price. I was late to pick up, so I didn't get the car that was alotted to me, but the guy set me up with a different one right away, and extended my time with the car for just the base rate and let me drop it off at the airport for no extra charge, thanks guy!Reviewed Aug 13 2017

Pros:Pick-up and return were very short and smooth. Car was clean and in great shape even tho it had 46,000 miles on it. People at both ends were helpful and friendly. I was very satisfied. There's nothing more to say.Reviewed Apr 29 2016
