Nice Vehicle - Dirty Windshield
Pros: 2017 Escape was a comfortable vehicle. Quick in & out on the rental.
Cons: Don't understand how a car can be prepped for rental with dead bugs plastered all over the windshield & the inside of the windshield is dirty.

Pros: Horrible Company!
Cons: Budget is not a customer friendly organization. I booked a vehicle over 30 days in advance. I showed up the night before to see if they had the vehicle ready for my rental. 1. First of all the person at the counter said I made the reservation the day before I arrived to check on the status of the vehicle. 2. Budget didn't have a car in the area that I had booked. The customer service agent asked me to drive 30+ miles to pick up a vehicle from a different location. 3. If I had not checked to see if I had a vehicle I would have not known that my reservation was not going to be filled. 4. The customer service agent tells me that they don't fill multiple reservations a week. This company is disorganized and improperly managed. They should not be considered for a rental car!

No Service
Cons: After completing reservation online I went to the local Budget store to pick up rental and first they didn't even see my reservation. Once they found the reservation they then told me it would be at least 6 hours before a car would be ready for me. Why wasn't this communicated to me when I did the reservation? I would not have gotten a ride there and went thru all of the extra planning had I known this in advance. JH
