Cons:They have double charged me. Hertz has a sleazy way of making it seem like you pay one thing but then they charge you much more later. I will not be renting through kayak again because this is a shady practice y'all are linking users up for.Reviewed Oct 21 2020

Cons:The pickup location was not even open at the time I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. Then I had to drive another 45 miles to the airport to pick up an alternative vehicle. Website information is not accurate and very poor overall experience.Reviewed Jun 28 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly, price was good for what I ended up with.Cons:The woman working the counter when I picked up was alone and super overwhelmed with how busy it was. She was incredibly nice, and also apologetic, but it was clear there isn’t really a system for ensuring cars are prepared for renters. Pros:Pick up and drop off was convenient, friendly and quick.Cons:The car, a Nissan Versa, was terrible for long-distance travel. VERY loud. Exceptional amounts of road and wind noise. Terrible soundproofing. And pretty mediocre gas mileage. One tire was leaking and had to be plugged and the windshield wipers skipped.Reviewed Mar 11 2019
